everythingw as going great until I was tapping wires. I removed fuse as instructed and tapped the green, green/purple, white, and yellow.

I have the driver side hooked up and working properly (the green and green/purple wire. Now I'm 99% sure I have the right yellow and the right white wire in the sill and panel to tap into. I buy a test light to test leads of the steps. Check the white and the motor arm retracts. Test yellow and nothing happens. Go back to white and nothing happens. Check fuse and it's good. Driver side still functions but passenger has nothing. I don't think it's the motor because it worked that single time.

What should I check? Amp CS isnt open till Monday

If you e had similar issues please post up and share what you did to fix it.
I'm going to crack a beer and try again.

There are multiple wires in that harness with the same colors. Make sure you have the right ones.

I see two yellows and I traced the one for the passenger rear door. I tapped it but it didn't function. I only see one white wire leading to the passenger front door as well. However there were 5-6 green/purple wires.

New issue is I buttoned everything up for the night and go too early truck out of garage. Now it's dead and acting weird. Tried jumping it with friend's 6.7 and after several minutes nothing is working. I've checked fuses for the starter and fuel pump and all seem to be fine. I took off amp wiring for now just to clear that from possible corruptions.

I have no idea what is wrong. Anyone have suggestions? Am I missing something after disconnecting passenger side battery + and -?

When you get it fixed, use a multimeter instead of a test light. There are sensitive electronics that can be harmed with the use of a light in these trucks. A meter would be safer.

got it figured out

took me five minutes after work yesterday. I was testing each wire individually for the passenger side but you have to have both hooked up at the same time. Felt so stupid.

I had the right wires the whole time.
Thanks to Chris (smokinstroker) for the steps
