Just for kicks I thought I would throw this up. Bought this Escape new last year. First sample was Motorcraft, the rest is out 8531. Fuel dilution is horrific. Brought it to the dealer and they told me it was normal SMH! So what impressed me that the third change had the most miles on the oil, but held up the best. I see this on my fleets. After the previous oil is completely gone it does much better. The wear particles, viscosity, and add pack really held much better. This is where you see a difference in a high performance oil, when things go badly. All oils that are API certified will meet a minimum spec for good running engines. When **** goes sideways, their weaknesses show up quickly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
