Anybody? I've painted mine black already, and I've seen the 08's and up that were ptm and like them, but have never seen anything but chrome or black on the 05-07. Considering color matching mine.

I'm gearing up to start doing sets for the 05-07 guys. If you have time to wait, we can handle it! There's a thread in my vendor section, check it out

Yeah, that's why I was hoping to see a few sets on something other then a black truck. I've only got the one set and don't want to mess with it if I don't like the look. Like I said I like it on the 08 and up trucks, just haven't seen it on these trucks.

Those look nice. Instead of doing black and white what about a gunmetal grey? I wonder how those would work. Also would they look better on a dull black like that or a ptm black (shiny)?

i thought about the harley grille painted red, also thought about the harley lights. I think there is always a fine line of "too much" I do love the stock front end on these trucks, probably why i have not messed with the red truck too much. Now i did love how "white salvage" front end turned out...

i think on certain trucks it would look great....look forward to seeing the results!

These are not mine, some of you might recognize Dan's truck. He does great work. I think putting the projector lights in and painting the inner portion really makes them look nicer.

Once again this is all Dan's work for the older 05-07 HD assemblies... DC Customs on facebook...

I would love to figure out how to do the pronector. Just dont want to fork out the cash for a set to get done. And def don't have the balls to hack up a set myself.

Powerstroked162 and bossman had a good.idea. That would look sweet using some.form of.red.grill to tie it together.

Anybody done a completely independent color to tie a look together? Like , for.example, a dark grey paint on the headlight for the red truck? Maybe something silver to contrast the.chrome just enough to imply the shape?

The dark blue ptm or white are good ideas and im surprised there arent more trucks with.custom paint on the 05-07 lights. Gotta admit, they are great looking lights on arguably the.best superduty front.end.
