Anyone have specs on this truck ?

Looking to see if anyone knows the set up on this truck, want to be at stock height again with a clean wheel set up. I know the wheels are 22x12 with 305/45 r22 just can't tell if it is lowered or stock F350 suspension.

What are the offsets to run 22x12's at stock height?

22x12 AF's run a -40mm offset. I was thinking it was stock but I cant remember what my F350 looked like stock anymore.
