Man.... I just read through most of this... I have to say its pretty entertaining, why can't we all just get along. We, as Ford owners and enthusiasts should be congratulating our peers on the advances we make, regardless of what they are. A ford put down the biggest dyno numbers out of two days of dynoing and thousands of trucks that were at this event. First thing I'd like to mention is, its common sense that a stock trans truck wont make comparable time slips compared to the big power it made on the dyno. A quick pull in OD on the dyno is nothing compared to a rip down the drag strip. Second thing I'd like to mention is the dyno at Rudy's event was from Mass Diesel, and it is a very nice load cell Dyno Jet. Ive been on it several times, and honestly it is the only dyno that my truck has made comparable boost numbers as compared to the street. Also, the day that he dyno'd the air was perfect for it, low to mid 40's with very low humidity. Third.... When looking at a compressor map for a s475, or s476, it just doesnt make sense that either of them can support 1200-1300hp on fuel by them selves. They just don't flow enough air. I don't care how well the 6.7 cylinder heads flow, the Cummins and Dmax dont even make those numbers with a comparable sized turbo. That being said.... I give it to everyone who is pushing these trucks. The pulls were extremely quick, and I wouldnt doubt that they were quite a bit above 1000hp.
