apex m1 on a 2015

My brother has the apex m1 on his 2015 f350 Platinum and he just got the Apex m1 installed on it. But it doesn't give him the option to change the power on the fly like my H&S mini max does. Anyone know how to make the Apex M1 have the shift on the fly power option?
