Are the left and right seat cushions interchangeable

My drivers seat leather seat cushion is starting to show some sughns of wear. I never really have a passenger so the passenger seat cover is in very good shape. Are they interchangeable? If I could do that id save a huge amount to not have to re upholster it! Not sure if im in the right section. I couldn't find anything for interior

I think the cushions are only $80-100 from Ford
