ATS 6R140 ?

I had a lot of dodge buddies that ran ATS transmissions but it doesn't seem like many Ford guys do. Is that writing on the wall ? Local guy has a built ATS 6r140 with 3k miles but is swapping a 47re for drag racing. Very nice price tag VS a new one but not finding any reviews has me wondering...

I know in the duramax world ATS was used a lot as well. Only heard great things about them. But nothing was more bulletproof than a Big Dipper tranny.
I ordered a revmax kit for a 6r140 that I got off a wrecked 350. Havnt got around to taking anything apart yet but the kit looks real promising.
