What's everyone's opinion on AE? What do you like about it and what doesn't it do that you wish it would? I have an 01 F250 7.3, an 05 F250 V10, and an 02 Escape 3.0L, will it work on all these? Does it deal with alll modules like ABS etc? I do have access to IDS at the dealer but it's a pain to go there to use it, as I prefer to work at home. Who has the best price on it? (PMs welcome.. :toast:)

It really is a nice software for the money you'll be spending. The tech support is top notch as well if you do run into some troubles. I recently updated to the latest version of the software and firmware and I'm having some connectivity issues, but I'm sure I'm doing something wrong on my end

The only thing that would make it better is a vehicle specific manuals or even MFG specific manuals

it's definitely a learning curve trying to figure out all the modules and test and some test require user inputs like break peddle/ overdrive button etc

but since you are familiar with the IDS I imagine you will be familiar with most of them
