I have a 95 f350 auto trans that is hard to shift. I actually had to change the shift linkage housing in the column. It is still hard to shift. Any ideas?

The problem is in the Transmission Range Sensor (TRS.) That's the sensor on the driver's side of the trans where the shift cable attaches. It's bound up. Get a new one. Any dealer or auto parts store will have one.

Ok ill see about getting that replaced thank you. Will I need to drain the trans to do that?

Its also called the "Manual Lever Position" sensor. Its located right where the shifter linkage goes into the transmission.
