Backseat middle seatbelt

Was trying to put seat covers on the other evening came to a problem. Is there anyway to unbuckle the middle seat belt? I would like to be able to use and and not have to sutff it behind the seat covers so it can be used when we need it. Any suggestions? I looked in the owners manual and there wasnt anything about it in there and just thought some one here would be able to help me out..

If it is like my '10, then it has the side where it buckles to with a red button just like the other 4 seats correct? But where it goes from the top of the seat to the bottom of the seat is has the same style buckle, but without the button? Thats how it is on mine anyways and you take a small screwdriver or small object and push it into the whole where the red button would be and it should unbuckle it allowing it to roll up to the top
