BAD SERVICE

iv spent a far bit of money at all the major diesel companys building my truck and they have all be great to me good at answering questions and getting back to me quickly but KT PERFORMANCE has not they sent me the wrong gauge for my water meth system and when i emailed them over a month ago now they said i never asked for the no cost difference 100 psi gauge and then the person i was dealing with said they would get something figured out never emailed me back with an answer... iv emailed them 3 times since trying to just get a something resolved with no response .. so basically i had a ****ty experience with them and wont be spending any more money with them or recommending I even pulled the sticker of my tool box and tossed it in the garbage ... end rant

Try calling them, Kenny is a good guy to deal with and his customer service has always been top notch for me.

you may have to call kenny.kt perf is not his only job.he is a full time fireman also.have you sent him a pm on here? kenny has great customer service,but he does get alot of emails and calls.
