Bed liner

Anyone had the plastic bed rail covers sprayed? How did it turn out? I'm lookin at getting line x to shoot my bed and was considering telling them to remove the rail covers and shoot those as well. Some pics would be helpful if anyone has any. Thanks

The only reason I would be afraid to do this is because, after time, the spray in bed liners fade and look bad.......once that happened you'd have to have the bedrails grinded down to get the old bedliner off and then either resprayed or try to have them repainted or put bedrail covers back on.

I would just leave the bedrail covers. When they start looking bad it's so much cheaper to replace them.

Well line x has that new restore stuff they spray so you don't have to strip the old liner anymore. That's what they claim anyway

Isn't linex paint able as well? If it does fade a guy could just paint it black or what ever color you end up going with.

Idk if it's paintable but I know they can match it with DuPont paint to most vehicle paint codes when they spray it
