Belt Tensioner

For the past few days I have had this weird squeaky sound coming from under the hood. Seems to be coming from the belt Tensioner which looks like it's not holding tension very well. Bouncing around pretty good. Where is the best place to get one? Oem or aftermarket? Thanks!

I got mine from NAPA for a fair price. I think it was about $60.

Looks like NAPA's price went up to $80
