Best 8in Lift? Price Wheels and Tires.

I am looking for a well built 8in lift. I don't want a lift that everyone has, but don't want to spend 8k on a lift either. I am also looking for prices on a 38x15.50R22 fuel tire ( if you know someone else who makes a 38x15.50R22 let me know) and also needing prices on the American force Nightmare FP8 22X12 Black wheels.
