I have a 05 with headstuds, matts tunes, php ficm tunes, 4" exhaust, ramair intake, egr delete, updated stc and fuel spring. I was thinking 155's and powermax. Anyone who tows with a 6.0 and aftermarket turbo/injector combos any help would be appreciated.

If your in the Colorado area stock is better, I'm still try to get my truck dialed in, my 40' toy hauler keeps my oil temp and egts on the warm side.
If you are close to Colorado we meet up and I'll let you drive mine, see what you think, I have the powermax and 155/30% right now, should have a mad turbo by januray.

I'd go with 175/75's and a Stage 3 MTW turbo. My '03 6.0L with 190's and a PowerMax was a tow monster, but it did tend to get a little hot when I started hauling 12,000+ pounds across the hot roads of Arkansas and Oklahoma during the heat of the summer. I never saw any crazy numbers, but it was just enough to make me watch the gauge. It would hover around 1,250* when pulling up the grades. This was running a custom tow file from Matt at Gearhead.

155's and a PowerMax would be a good combo, but not much of a power gain for the money invested.

Stock. My work truck has studs and exhaust and does nothing but tow and does a flawless job at it. It never gets hot, i can put my foot on the floor as long as i want and egt's never quite break 1250 even above 25,000 pounds. If your main objective is towing, stock is better
