I bought an intercooler out of a wrecked super duty and I noticed that it has some dirty/sand looking stuff inside it. Is there snt good way to go about flushing it out or just lots of water and cleaner?

Not that this really helps, but could a Rad shop? They can pressure flow/clean rads and gas tanks . . .

Just a thought/question, lol.

When I flushed out the CAC from my early 99, I poured a couple cups of simple green into one end...chased it with a gallon of hot tap water...shook it a bit, then drained. I let it air dry for a couple of days, then put it back in. No issues.

Thats what I was thinking. If that doesn't work then ill look into a radiator shop.
