If it were me I would put the money used to port the heads towards getting a efr 9180.
There is a thread with decent numbers coming from that turbo and the response is supposed to be awesome.

68mm vgt with 205s it'd be right at 650.decent spool and it drops in with no adapters.rcd has a wicked cnc program for heads now too.joshs Orange truck with 205s and a box stock powermax smokes like a stock truck.

yea saw that, was reading that, the 67.7 fmw is the same comp. wheel and with the cam and porting i should be able to spool it pretty quick

looking to go t4, also have no choice to make new up-pipes to clear my fuel system RR, the 90* is really close to touching the up-pipe i had to dent the stock pipes to clear it

For me the amount of money on ported 6.0 heads doesn't seem worth it , but if there is new info about ported 6.0 heads I would like to hear it.

sorry, should've explained that more, i will be porting these! ive done sleds, ford 429 etcs,

ill be doing the same with my 6.0 as i did with the 429

ill be getting ported section of head and transfer that to myheads. also sonic test for thickness, guy im working with on this has ported many 6.0s and is working with another world known porter, details will be let out after everything comes together

the section i get will be flowed etc,, might do 6.4 exhaust valves depending on the cash flow and machining cost

this truck will end up a 2.6 pull truck in a few years if its not to outdated

True that! But tuning and company's are still coming out with some wicked new stuff so I'm sure it can be made to compete well (note, I didn't say dominate!)

We have a 66mm Powermax that would be a strait drop in and a good match for those injectors. Nothing else would need changing, we also have a FMW 71mm Powermax though thats not a 2.6 turbo obviously.

Remember the turbine side is much different though. The S366 uses a 73mm turbine wheel, the 9180 does as well, except that it uses a much lighter Gamma-Ti turbine shaft, so it is about 1/3 the weight of a standard 73mm shaft, so it spools much quicker. The S467.7 you're talking about uses a 83mm turbine. So while the compressor sides are very similar, the different turbine wheels will really affects how it drives. The 73mm will be more responsive but have a higher drive pressure. S467 is going to spool slower, but most likely have a stronger topend and better EGT's. So think about where you'll want to make the power...

Like Eric says though, it sounds like their new 66 and 71 Pmax turbos are working quite well.
