Okay, so not a huge build, but it's gonna be far from stock.

I just picked up a 2008 King Ranch CCSB, 6.4L, 101k miles, rear captains and console (be jealous LOL), and picked it up from a local dealership for $26,750 tax and title included. The exterior is in PERFECT shape, and has the beautiful Dark Copper paint color. The interior King Ranch leather needs a little help, the front windows were never tinted so they are a little dry and the console has the typical wear spot on the drivers side (any tips?). Also has a 4" Rancho Lift with dual steering stabilizers, 20" XD Diesels, and 35" M/T's.

Here are the parts already ordered:

-H&S Black Maxx
-MBRP CAC Tube
-Flo Pro Elbow
-S&B Intake
-FX4 Grill
-21.5" LED Light Bar

To be ordered and installed:

-True Bliss Customs Painted Headlights (Dark Copper with Tan Reflector)
-4" MBRP Dual Exhaust with DPF and Cat Delete (keeping the muffler this time)
-Tan LineX spray in bedliner, including the toolbox (or may remove it)
-Lifetime Window Tint (15% on all four, 50% on the windshield)
-Full Stereo Build with Nav (haven't decided yet)
-Rudy's EGR Delete

Also gonna get take the truck to my body shop and get the FX4 grill painted to match, tailgate handle painted to match, fender vents painted to match (getting the inserts painted tan), getting the emblems painted to match, the cab lights, taillights, and mirror lights are getting professionally tinted to blend in better with the Dark Copper paint color and give them a high gloss finish. Also gonna get the exterior of the light bar painted tan to blend in with the bumper a little better, and put a coat of tint over the lens to minimize the visibility of the chrome.

-Gonna get the transmission flushed at Ford, change the oil with Mobil 1 5W-40 synthetic (adding in some Archoil 9100) with a new Motorcraft oil filter, change the fluid in both differentials, change the fluid in the transfer case, change the fuel filters to some new Motorcraft, flush the coolant and replace... Anything I'm missing?

No doubt, it'll be there! Maybe not the highest horsepower, but you can count me in as a contender for the show and shine! :D

Thanks for the compliments.

Good looking truck man, it'll be top notch whenever it's finished

Well I doubt it will ever be "finished".... LOL

These are jus the plans I have cash for now. I'm sure I'll keep the mods going after I save up a little. Long term plans are a built trans, AirDog, studs, wastegate, blow off valve, and some High Powers. Gonna stick to stock fuel though. When it needs tires it'll get some Hostages and Trail Grapplers.

Pretty much named my future build. Looking forward to pics and hearing about the new horsepower.

It should be nice. I'll be posting progress pics as the parts are installed.

That's a really nice looking truck

Thanks man. I'm really loving the Dark Copper. It's a super deep color, and shines for miles when maintained properly. I'm really going to embrace it with the exterior parts on this truck. I'm really looking forward to getting this thing home, giving it a good detail (wash, clay bar, wax, polish) and see how well the paint really shines.

Looks great....I dig the color.

Looking forward to seeing you 11/3

Thanks man. I initially was dead set on a white and tan KR like yours, until I saw this one in person. The color really impressed me. It's a detailer's dream. It has some true potential.

Looking forward to seeing you and that gorgeous truck as well. You are the reason I'm bringing two HD camcorders. LOL

Somewhere down in Texas..
Why put hostages on it? The diesels look great, and you dont see them much anymore, no need to put the same wheel that 75 other trucks on this board have. That, and the lack of chrome would make it like the other 280 trucks on this board. No creativity anymore it seems.

Anyhow, its a beautiful truck, thats been my second favorite color combo for some time now. Cant wait to see whatever you do with it.

Can't find anything better I like. Hopefully they'll have some new wheels out by then. The Diesels are just too "old" for my taste. They've been out for a very long time.

Thanks for the compliments.

Great Looking truck and Great Price! , Good luck with the add ons !!!

Thanks buddy!

Nice! Love the color. Side question, what's going on nov 3rd?

Thanks! There is a dyno day in Dallas, GA, on November 3rd.

Good looking truck, Blake.

Thanks Grayson!
