Blue/white smoke. No power

Buddies truck has blue/white smoke. 2000 f450 at 200k miles. Just put a turbo on it. Injector I rings? Injectors? HPOP? Where would you begin

I'm really narrowing it down to injector o rings. The blue/white smoke gets worse with icp psi as it rises. And with rpm

How long since new turbo? (Miles) I'm assuming the old one blew its seals?

Get this. It's a cab and chassis,(they have metal tanks) and at idle it would have 60psi fuel. Under a load 5 min into the test drive it would drop down to 15psi. Took out sending unit, and found the strainers like this

Rust and dirt residue caked the inside of the strainers

After cleaning both of the out, truck runs like a top!
