So i finally got around to reinstalling my boost gauge hose today. And i plumbed it in a way, I thought might be useful to someone else, so I figured id share it here:

Now i use to have it plumbed into the intake spider, right at the top, at the outlet of the turbo. Now this worked, but every time i had to remove the intake spider, it seemed like i broke the 1/8" nylon hose every time, and had to keep buying ferrules so i could reinstall it.

So I pulled the fitting and welded the hole up on the spider, and had it and valve covers powdercoated Mini-Tex Black. Which is almost like bedliner, but a little smoother. Its super durable, and looks great when clean!

So then i was trying to find a better spot to plumb in this 1/8" nylon hose with a 1/8" NPT fitting on the end. It was difficult to find a place that wouldn't involve drilling and dropping metal shavings into the intake, and was also practical. So i decided to tap into the hose that connects the intake and the MAP sensor. With some fittings from Lowes, i was able to make a T that connected the 1/8" NPT fitting to 2x1/4" hose barbs. Cost me about $15.
