Boost issue

My buddy has an 08 6.4 it has dpf delete and an sct tuner. The truck started only boosting 24psi boost so he got new turbo and a new vgt actuator. The truck still won't boost any more than 24psi. He's checked for boost leaks and put on one new up pipe still only 24 psi. What else should he check? Only other thing it's doin is the truck won't read egt any more either.

EBP sensor? Or the tube plugged up? Is the egt sensor plugged in? It's located on the passenger side up pipe but the connector is at the rear of the passenger side valve cover. Or the sensor is bad

Maybe a bad MAP sensor? Easy enough to swap out quick and try if nothing else for the boost issue.

Ok an update. He put a new ebp sensor new egt sensor and swapped map sensors out. Truck still only builds 20psi boost. Could his sct tuner have went bad?

He just had them both checked. There industrial injection or swamps turbos. He just got them back. The checked the vgt actuator and said it was good to.
