Brake upgrades???

Okay I'm due for a set of brakes. I've been thinking on maybe stepping up to a new pad like ebc or something in that area. Any suggestions? I am on a budget of course and I'm going to be replacing my rotors as well as one caliper on the back! So pls give me some insight!
