Build questions

So I just stumbled across a running 2003 6.0 2wd supercab for $2000 bucks clean title. From the way it runs (barely) I'm thinking it needs injectors and possibly hpop has leak or is going bad...So I decided to pick it up and build it into a fun high horsepower toy I was looking a warrens setup which has me looking towards a s475 turbo and either 350/100 Conventional sticks with dual hpop or possibly hybrids which I wouldn't know which size to go with and would they be ok driving on the hwy for a couple hours ... I want to just hot rod it around and take it to the track once in a while... I have a 06 cc that I use as my daily... Any ideas I would like to get to at least 700 hp and I am not again nitrous just don't know much about it please school me lol thanks for any suggestions and help and this is my first post live this forum

I did 793 with a 63 over a 484, using 285/100 conventional injectors.
I drive it 5-6 hours one way quite a bit in the summer months.
It doesn't move in the winter at all.
