Building a 6.0

I been looking into building up my 6.0 for awhile. I want to run a s468 with some 250/100s as in my daily driver. I'm looking into building up the engine with a colt cam stage 2 with dual hpop extreme studs and ucf o-ring heads. Will install new lifters and rcd valve springs with pushrods. Looking into running a warren comp plus trans as well. I wondering what the total cost of doing this is? Is this a good setup?

My mods are bpd oil cooler relocation kit, bpd water pump, a-1000 pump marty's diesel with regulate return, full flight sump, t4 s363bw, studded, no limit cac, diamond eye 4" downpipe 5" exhaust, mishimoto radiator, gauges, stock injectors there's probably more but I can't think of right now.
