So this is what I have so far
ga8ety4a.jpg

Green is the main frame underneath that the axle will weld to, black is the box for the deck . 2ft OC.

ALL 2x6 rectangle tubing. Blue lines are 1ft apart to kinda give you the scale. Any opinions?

looks good.... only thing i would change is the axle placement and the tubing.... 2x6 is pretty overkill for a 2 place sled trailer.... but i can also appreciate over engineering.

are you planning on putting the axle on the main frame or on the tilt portion? spring or torsion? everybody does it a little different. the steel trailers we sell have are sprung with the axle on the main frame and our Alum trailers are torsion with the axle on the tilt.

EDIT: oops i just realized your plans are for a ramped drive on trailer not a tilt.... in that case, looks great!

Is the trailer for four sleds? Make sure you can fit the comfortable side buy side, when I used my 2 seld trailers for sleds if I remember it was 101 inchs wide and it was close if front where the skis were, just make sure its wided enough for your selds, I would just buy a trailer much easier and you can get all aluminum . That just my 2 cents is all.

2place, I have a sheetpot of 2x6 tubing, and a bunch of axles laying around, I like to build stuff , and I'm cheap lol that's why I will not buy one. Ha ha.

It's a spring type axle

It's 12 foot long which should be enough length for a sled with gear up front, both our sleds fit on my gfs flatbed and that was 7'6" I believe so I think its wide enough, plus in pretty sure 8'6" is the biggest you can go legally,

We have a 4 place enclosed but the axles are dead center and it sways a ton, I was thinking that by moving it back I could get rid of some sway, its 4 1/2 feet from the back, which would leave 10 feet up front. What would you guys suggest?
