Anyone with advice...I have an 02 with a complete front end replacement/grill guard and winch as well as a complete replacement bumper for the rear. I am wanting to go back to stock and have found that warn offers a hidden winch kit for use with a factory bumper. Anyone have any experience with the hidden setup?

I know I need the headlights, header panel, and plugs. I dont know what parts I need to put 05 bumpers on my 02 truck brackets and such

I'm not really getting what you're asking, but if you're putting 05 headlights (assuming?) you can just trim the header panel, its not hard, I did mine. Conversion pig tails from riff raff for the lights.

As far as the 05 bumper on an 02 goes you only really NEED the left and right bumper mounting bracket for the 05. Search part numbers #5C3Z17B984AA and #5C3Z17B985AA on rockauto. I reused my 02 fogs in the 05 bumper, definitely not a bolt up though, you're gonna have to come up with something.

Hope I answered some of your questions

I guess I wasn't super clear. I have aftermarket complete replacement bumpers front and rear and want to go back to stock. I want the 05 front end headlights, bumpers brackets, and headlights.
I still want the winch and have found that warn has a hidden winch mount that is used behind the factory bumper. I am unclear if the hidden winch mount kit requires the use of the factory bumper brackets or if I can order the hidden kit and just the bumper and plastics or if I need all the bits and pieces.

Thanks for the help. I was hoping to have all the parts together to get it knocked out but I can do it slowly.

How much modification did you need to do to the header panel to get the new lights in? I found a new header panel for $100 for an 05 but I didnt know if its super easy to just cut it in to my 02 panel

It took me an hour with a jigsaw and hacksaw, even though a dremel is recommended. It is much easier to have someone hold the other end. I didn't and accidentally cracked the fiberglass at a weak point but it didn't matter. I also didn't buy the mounting clips, just go to home depot and get some fat bolts to thread in the holes. If I were doing it again, I'd trim my header panel to save $100.

This template is a good reference. I used something similar but cant find it now. http://www.riffraffdiesel.com/mm5/RESOURCES/Riffraff_Diesel_05-07_Headlight_Instructions.pdf
