cab chassis ?

Just got a 2012 350 cab chassis service truck and was wondering if it was possible to flash it too 400hp instead of the neutered 300hp? I love the way it runs but hey another 100hp would be great lol.

Whats a stock charger worth? Hard to justify swapping chargers till this ones bad lol it is a work truck. But have heard these dont last long. So do the chargers jus swap? I dont need an aftermarket kit.
