Cab off OBS

Hey guys after the holidays I plan to remove the cab on my truck. I was wondering if anyone has done theirs and if so what the best way to go about it? I am doing cab bushings and a S468 install. I have access to a lift. Thanks Guys!

If I ever do another t4 setup on an obs, I will be fabricating a 1" body lift. I'm not chopping up the floor on my CCSB if I decide to upgrade the turbo.

if you go slow the floor doesnt have to be chopped for a 3" dp.
I used a load cinch bar, and my porta power with rubber end/no end/duck bill, and some 2x4 to slowly roll the space needed.
very slow going at first but once it started to move it went fast
