Making our way from Laramie, WY to Custer, SD and the boot between the CAC outlet and the intake throttle bottle has blown off twice. There's a crappy plastic pipe between the CAC outlet and the boot with an even crappier clamp. I'd like to replace the plastic pipe, boot and clamp. There's definitely oil residue in both the boot and pipe. I double clamped the boot with two, S.S. worm clamps but when I torque them down, I collapse the plastic tube...maybe the oil has degraded both the tube and boot.

Does anyone know if any of our vendors can supply a metal pipe and a new boot and clamp? I gotta' move fast. I can be reached by cell: 609-947-5135. Thanks.

You can also read a little here on it too. Sounds like in addition to the one thats out that will delete the intake throttle valve, H&S is also working on one just for stock pipe replacement only that wont delete the intake throttle valve. Heres the thread about it. Not sure of the status on that stock replacement pipe, but may be able to ask in that thread.

A major league shout out for Mike. Got the parts the next day and installed. Back on the road now. We're just north of Cedar Rapids, Iowa right now making our way back east and the truck hasn't missed a beat. I've never seen so many bikes and toy haulers on the road. Everyone heading to Sturgis. Crazy.

Thanks Mike.
