Can I use a Bully Dog Outlook without tuner?

I have an old outlook monitor that I took out of a customers truck a couple years ago. I sold the power pup to a doge guy. I dont want a bully dog anyway. I want an SCT or something later on. Can I use the monitor with stock tuning? Can I use it with the SCT?

Yes you can. I have a couple guys that have done this with no problems. You already have it why not use it is my thought.
