I am looking at up grading to a 175 injectors and was wanting to know if I can send off my factory injectors and have them rebuilt and modified to 175. If so how much and who? Is this cost effective or is it best to just order a new set? Just thinking out loud.

Simple, no, you cant rebuild injectors. Sure you can clean the spool valves, replace all the o-rings etc. Buy ford remans to have modified, much less risk of having a failure.

I recommend RCD, Full Force, or MPD for injectors.

Cost wise a good idea, In my opinion its well worth the money spent knowing your injectors are built from brand new injectors with all new internal parts not just cleaned old parts.

Cost wise is this a good idea or should I just buy a set of injectors from one of our great vendors.

You may or may not know this already, but there are no "aftermarket" injectors for a 6.0. All of the bigger injectors you see for sale, are built from stock 6.0 injectors. Some are either built from "cores" that guys send in, or the pile of "cores" the shop has sitting there, or you can buy new Ford units (also remans, but arguably one of the best remans you can buy) and have your new, larger injectors, built from those Ford remans. That is the most reliable and best way to do it, but also the most expensive.

I say Warren Diesel, great guy to deal with and a quality product.

Still makes no difference if he's building cores, its still all used parts. Only way to do it right is to buy Ford remans, that use all new spool valves, and coil assemblies, plungers, intensifier pistons, and springs.
