Can't find the bumper that I want...

Does anyone know where I can find a new primered bumper for my '02 that HAS valance holes? All the ones I find are chrome. I don't think they ever offered a bumper from the factory like what i'm looking for but was curious if anyone knew of something aftermarket.

The dealer has them...

But, they're not cheap. List is $457.42. If you have friends there, I'm sure you could get it in the $350 range, probably about $347.87.

Is that for a '02? I'm just getting confused with "upper valance." I've found a few bumpers that have holes for a "lower" valance but it's just the little chin spoiler. Is the plastic gray piece on my bumper considered an upper valance?

After searching a bit I ended up finding them when looking for Excursion bumpers.

I actually searched for an 03 F-350, but same thing... And yes, the "Upper" valance panel goes on the bottom of the bumper.
