Cat converter and pipe size??

Guys I apologize but here is my stupid question....

Does my 2016 not have a cat? I am soon to be ordering a *** ****** and just looking at my truck to get exactly what I need. I see the enormous *** lol but as i followed the pipe up to the turbo I dont see a cat???

Also the down pipe comming from the turbo what diameter is this?

Im hoping it is 4 inch and I will be able to replace the *** with a 4 inch and then I will have a full 4inch turbo back? Is this the case??

Sorry for the stupid questions but I appreciate the help. I have asked bigrpowr enough stupid questions so I figured I would ask you guys instead of bothering him. But dont worry bigrpowr I will be ordering soon!

The ***, SCR, and traditional catalyst are all self-contained in the large unit. The turbocharger downpipe is 4" externally, 3.5" internally, double-wall construction. To have true 4" you'd need to replace the downpipe, but there are little to no gains to be seen on a tune-only truck.
