Any one have problems with it not sealing? I have had 2 diffent ones on it and new gaskets and both don't seal. I have a bad turbo that is leaking oil and it's blowing enough oil out to pool up on the intake. Could it be my intake? Just wondering if anyone has had this problem.

i dont think mine ever leaked, but the gasket it comes with just looked like it would so. i just put some rtv on both sides and i dont think it leaks at all.

matt is it not those brass inserts that aren't seating? i'm telling ya...just go with the stocker. those intakes are a waste of $ imo...

Yes mine was leaking also, I had to use some RTV to get it sealed up.
The problem is it's not flat, I used a straight edge to check it when I had it off to seal it.

We have the factory 6.0 flanges in aluminum if you want to make your own elbow

How much? I guess I could just find a used factory elbow and cut the flange off.
Does anybody make an aluminum or SS elbow in 3 1/2" (besides Banks)?

Yeah.
Every pipe manufacturing company out there makes 3.5" pipe in stainless and aluminum.

Just make your own...use a v-band connection at the elbow, and a rolled bead at the intercoolerection. (Need to use silicone boots to allow engine movement at the cooler.)
