While much easier than the 6.0l and 6.4l, I made a video anyway highlighting some areas to make this job hassle free to keep these rigs on the road. The 6.4l and 6.7l are very picky about their fuel supply and this will ensure proper clean fuel is delivered on a constant basis. Hope my video helps newb's and experienced alike. Peace

Yes I believe Ford says 20k for the 6.7l, around here in Illinois the fuel is so bad we change them around 15k same as the older powerstrokes.

Here is my procedure.
Change filter under hood, cycle key twice, start truck. Than change filter on frame rail, cycle key twice, than start truck.

I found when I changed them both at once it was a mofo sometimes to start.

Nope just need to cycle key 6 times when all done waiting the 30 seconds each time and never have a problem with all the ones I do at the dealer. We didn't understand that at first when the 6.4l came out since the 6.0l never had those problems. We learned quick to heed Fords 6 key cycle procedure after that.
