Check Coolant Additive warning after delete

Anyone else get this warning? Did a full delete about 1K ago -used fresh motorcraft coolant (orange), but did not add the additive. My ECTs are between 192 - 195.

I cannot seem to clear it.

I did. I added a quart of additive and turned off the warning. It's buried in the Vehicle menu on the dash.
