If you plan to do all the delete goodies, and the price was right. Yes. Get a good oil sample done, and have all fluids change added in when making the deal.

How long has it been deleted for? Head studs already? Check coolant for combustion gas (block test) couldn't hurt.

I would think close to the 20k high teen mark.

Last summer I paid $29k for a stock 11 cclb king ranch with 70k.
