Clunk when letting out of brake pedal

After I stop completely and let out of the brake pedal I have a clunk. Sounds like it is coming from the rear of the truck. It does it before I even press the throttle. Any ideas? All u-joints are tight too. Oh, and it does not do it every single time.

Anyone that can point me in the right direction?

Jack it up in neutral feel the pinion to see if any slop there.

Check the slip yoke. Real common problem on the f150s but ive seen several on super dutys too. Some ptfe lube to fill it up usually takes care of it.
