Clunk!

I have this noisy little problem when I backup then go into drive"clunk"... Hence the name.
I checked the U joints nothing, the rear end nothing. And it's in 2wheel drive. It sounds like it's coming from the automatic stock ford transmission. There are no other noises after you go forward and nothing else sounds strange. I swear the sound is like two pieces of plate steel clanging together. WTF?!

Check the slip joint in the driveshaft. Might have to take it apart and grease it up.
