So while driving my truck today I noticed a clicking sound when I would let the clutch out. If I pay close attention I can feel it pop through the clutch pedal. Doesn't seem to bother the truck yet, but doesn't sound normal. Truck is supposed to have a single disk south bend. Any thoughts on this?

From the clutch or the pedal (can't tell what is what on the video)? I had either the throwout bearing grenade and take out the disk or vise versa on my SBC Con-O. There have been some recent threads on SBC disks failing (and it could have been the case with mine too). Cheers!

You might remove the inspection cover and see if you can see anything while the clutch is being cycled. Seeing the condition of the disk would difficult, but worth a shot. The problems with the disks was with the springs (and how they are retained) failing. Of course, "floating" springs and parts aren't a good thing. Cheers!

All that is is the piviot ball on the throw out bearing arm that is dry and needs lube. won't hurt anything. Also could be the diaphragm just making noise when you are opening and closing it. doesn't scare me
