I was wondering if my shimmed to 130lb Comp 910 springs would be enough for my build.
2000 Forged Rod Engine,
238/100 FFD Injectors,
Hypermax T4I mount,
Bell HFSB Turbo with billet wheel,
Diesel Innovation Pushrods,
AFE Intake,
MRBP 4"exhaust,
SRP 1.1,
Swamps IDM,
Riffraff HPOP reservoir,
,...

I am thinking it should be around 500-550rwhp.

Also how much boost will this injector/ turbo combo make?

Will these springs work reliable as a daily driver without valve float?

Thanks,

Ben

Look at my sig. I dont even have shimmed 910s and they are holding up. I have about 2000 very hard miles on the truck now and no problems. I have the 38r with a D66 billet wheel and the most i see is 42 lbs. The springs will be fine and boost doesnt matter. I turned down my boost to get rid of excessive drive pressure. Also I have stock HPOP and fuel pump and im in the same hp range as you without the oil. You have a great build except i have not heard anything good about the SRP 1.1. They have a really bad rep.

1. Measure installed height.

2. Verify seat pressure spec > boost/backpressure psi x the surface area of valve.

3. Use shims if necessary

This...!

There isn't a direct "power" 910s are rated for but what setup is used to get the power.

On edit. What are the specs of your turbo OP?
