Compression Test?

What's the best way to turn the engine over for a compression test while the cab is off? Gonna try and get to that today.

Starter.

Hook up passenger side cables to jump box, hook starter signal wire to one end of starter button, other end to positive battery cable. Push button, watch gauge. Repeat.
