Coolant Flush Procedure?

I've done lots of searching and seem to not get many answers when you see it talked about. I am past recommended mileage and I did drain for egr delete but filled with Prestone non dex cool and after further research seems I shouldn't have did that. I would like to do a complete flush and put all new Motorcraft specialty orange as called for. I need some insight on how to properly flush this 6.7??
