Coolant Leak at Oil Filter Housing

Ok so I replaced my engine in my 99 with a runner from a 96. I found that I had a coolant leak at the oil filter housing. Thought that it was an o ring in the cooler so I rebuilt the cooler last night, flushed the system and reinstalled everything. Now the leak has re appeared in the exact same spot.

Now I read somewhere on the other site that some of the 96's are prone to cracking in that area. Is this something that is probable? I checked all the coolant plugs in that area, the freeze plug is not leaking. Any thoughts?

Gonna pull the cooler again tonight and see what I can find...

I have a cooler off an 02 if you need it and if they are the same.
