Im doing some troubleshooting in regards to my other thread:
http://powerstrokearmy.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40402

Thinking I may have an injector cup issue. When pressure checking the cooling system does the thermostat need to be out of the equation? I remember there being a vent hole on it, just wondering. Next, do I just pressurize it to 16 psi and watch for a drop or a little higher? Lastly, how long should it hold pressure? This issue is really starting to kick my tail!

T stat stays in, no reason to take it out... Clean the cups real well and dry them out.. Watch for drips or a spray action if it's real bad
