Couple electrical question 2001 with 7.3

I have an 01 with the 7.3 manual transmission 4x4.

First under the hood next to the relay/fuse box there is a spot for 2 relays, what is this for,
Next on the 5 pin plug for trailers I have no power to the left turn signal or the constant 12v line. The furthest I have traced them is to the connectors by the firewall and both wires are dead there also, any ideas on where the trailer wires start from? Where would the fuse be for the trailer constant power line?

First relay slot. The one you're pointing to.

Trailer tow battery charge circuit.

Second is trailer back up light relay.

Two 30 amp maxi fuses in the power distribution box.

Location 11 is battery charge.

Location 26 is trailer brake.

You will have 7.5 amp fuses for turn signals. Check those too.
