Cracked Piston Poll

i had one side cracked and the other was about too... but only actually cracked clean across

Just had another 60,000 miles 6.4 crack a piston tuned with a 71mm and a Elite intake manifold less then 2,000 miles after doing studs.

Stock pistons? Either way that really sucks.

From all the motors I have torn into it doesn't matter what side it is. They crack equally on both sides. I have a motor here I just tore apart with 120k miles on it that has 6 cracked pistons with one completely split. Its an issue with the bowl design.
