CrewCab seats in a Regular Cab?

Will crew cab front seats fit and bolt directly into a regular cab? I'm having trouble finding some decent regular cab seats so hoping I can use these.

I dont.see why not. You might get limited functionality however.

seats from a cc fit in my ec so i dont see why they wouldnt fit in a rc also

Danny, they will bolt in, you might have to use shorter bolts or use a big washer like we did but you won't have to drill anything. We installed a set of aftermarket leather buckets into my Ma's 00. My only real complaint is that if you slide the seat all the way back you can't recline it. You have to move it up a notch or 2 then recline it before it hits the rear of the cab. But it still beats the hell outta a bench seat.

they wont fold forward (not that im sure the bench would) but if thats an issue you can swap the outside hinges on the seats to allow them to. i had to do that when i had my excab f150 and got seats from a crewcab. took about an hr but worked perfectly and was a must since it was a 3 door extended cab

:whs: they won't fold forward either so getting behind the seat can be a pain but that's the joys of a reg cab.

I got em from Trailerhauler's black truck, I'll have to get him on here to chime in on what exactly they are. I know they are a aftermarket seat that is pretty close to a Lariat. Have a matching rear bench as well, looking for a set of 02+ 40/20/40 cloths to trade for. Lot of times I've found myself needed a 3rd seat. :doh:

I thought y'all were saying they wouldn't fold forward at all...I follow ya now.
They still function, they just won't move past their normal vertical spot when you pull the lever.
Misunderstanding understood now...
