Had a shop install Icon 4.5 stage 1 kit, truck is sitting about 3/4" lower on the front passenger side than the drivers side. The coils are not straight and aligned with the axle, I've never noticed anyone's coils leaning like this.

I've seen it before...never known why. I'll be interested to know what the reason is myself. Is the axle square to the frame?

Always wondered this too. Some trucks are SEVERE! Mine with an 8" lift is pretty much dead straight. I have seen others that look like they are about to pop out of the buckets. Might have something to do with radius drop lifts not allowing for the axle to pitch correctly? Mine has a 4 link...

Shouldn't.

The only thing I can see changing anything on the spring is the eccentrics on the radius arms which could change the pinion angle a bit and possibly realign the axle spring perch with the upper bucket.

The coil bowing towards the front of the truck is indicative of not enough castor. HOWEVER, thats not always the case. You always want to make sure the alignment is correct. If the coils are bowing but the alignment is where it should be, its not going to affect performance and its just something to live with. Think about the spring in a Bic pen, put compression on it between your fingers and it will bow. Coil manufacturers do there best to design coils that bow as little as possible but its pretty much inevitable to some degree. Sometimes rotating the coil may help a little, sometimes it will make it worse.

Alignment might have helped slightly, guess I'll have to live with it.

shouldn't be the case with your icon lift but when all my truck had has a 2" top mount spacer my coils did the same thing. I ended up putting a 3" rough country with full coils and radius arm drop brackets, everything, my spring are as straight as can be. The reason I found to be causing the bow was not having radius arm drop brackets with the 2" spacer, because the radius arm has 2 fixed mounting points on the axle it causes the axle to roll forward with the added coil height hence the need for drop brackets. I believe it works out to 1" of drop per 1" of lift. hope this helps someone with this issue.
